As a Specialist Psychiatrist, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health. With a focus on acute and enduring mental illnesses, I strive to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that addresses the whole person.
My holistic biopsychosocial approach considers the interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding and treating mental health conditions. I have a particular interest in Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Women's Mental Health, and Adult ADHD.
I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take control of their mental well-being. Whether you're facing a new diagnosis or seeking long-term management, I'm here to partner with you on your journey toward healing and resilience.
I'm available to see clients from the age of 16 and am contracted with most medical aids.
